When your child graduates from the three year old room, they will be entering the exciting world of Sebastian's Jamboree! This is a small group designed as a transition between threes and Jr. Kindergarten. The room is filled with toys and activities that lead children into more and more imaginative play.

This is also the first room where children have the opportunity to play with computers occasionally during their daycare day. The weekly themes become more involved and the thinking and communication skills become more detailed!

This group spends some time each week with the Jr. Kindergarten group as well. They make a trip to the Library together and have a wonderful Combined Learning Centers Day each week. During this fun-filled day, the two groups are combined and then divided into three seperate smaller groups.

The teachers rotate the groups through the special activity, project or directed play they have set up. The children have the opportunity to get to know each teacher and to play and work with different groups of children.

These activities, along with a strong teaching network between the two groups helps establish a very natural progression between fours and Jr.

Kindergarteners.
