The room where your four and five year olds spend their day was designed with the diverse needs of children standing on the brink of Kindergarten in mind. You will find a harmonious blend of imaginative play areas, manipulative toys, counting sorting and sequencing toys, and pre-school activities all prepared to help encourage the curious minds of our pre-schoolers.

Teachers in the four year old room prepare stimulating themes with fun projects and field trips. The days in this room are filled with exploration, music and fun. Special emphasis is placed on building strong relationship and communication skills. Polishing the ability to invite, politely decline, resolve conflicts and treat each other with respect and kindness are key talents for this age group.

Our four and five year olds enter whole-heartedly into the celebration of our Lord Jesus' birth at Christmas, Valentine's day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter and Thanksgiving. They love to sing for the residents at the neighborhood Care Centers and make special cards to send to friends who need a smile.
